My February Challenge

I, Emily Milsom, challenge myself to a whole month of complete Fitness & Health.

1) No alcohol shall pass thy lips
2) Track Calories Every Day
3) Drink 6 Glasses a Water Every Day
4) Exercise Every Day for a Month (Figures I pick the shortest month :p)
